Smart Vent inc. has announced that it has assigned a direct factory representative for the following Maryland counties; Annarundel, Baltimore, and Queen Anne's. Mr. Jon Kramer will be responsible for assisting and educating Architects, Contractors, Surveyors and homeowners in the use and installation of foundation flood vents. In the wake of recent weather related tragedies, the building inspectors and code officials in Maryland are enforcing the new ICC building codes, and Jon is certified to explain the differences as they relate to flood vents.
