ContentDesk) November 30 2003–Chris Clinton, a national spokesperson for individuals and families living toxic mold nightmares announces the trial of Clinton vs. Nationwide to begin on December 8, 2003 at 9:00AM at Philadelphia City Hall, in Courtroom 254.After starting their lives over again in South Florida, the Clinton family will be traveling to Philadelphia for the trial to begin. “It is really a shame that Nationwide has dragged this out for over 2 years now, and right before the holidays my family and I have to trek back North to relive this nightmare,” said Chris Clinton.
Thanksgiving, Nationwide once again, holding true to form, has filed more motions to preclude things from being brought into the trial such as expert testimony (Doctors and Professionals), bad faith claims, depositions, video of the mold remediation, and reference to “toxic mold”. For the last 2 years, all of motions or objections that Nationwide filed have been dismissed or overruled.”The best gift that my family and I can get this holiday season is to have this case be won in the court of law so that we can get this nightmare out of our minds forever,” said Clinton.
