Smart VENT Inc. announced that it has assigned a direct factory technical representative for Southern Maine. Mr. Ross Cudlitz, PE of South Freeport, ME will be serving the counties of: Oxford, Kennebec, Androscoggin, Lincoln, Cumberland and York. Ross is the President of Engineering Assistance and Design, Inc and will be responsible for assisting and educating Architects, Contractors, Surveyors and homeowners in the use and installation of our Foundation Flood Vents.
Ross’s vast experience in stormwater management, erosion control and his professionalism, he has just finished the Smart VENT In-house training program, and is ready to assist you with any questions you may have. The code officials in Maine are enforcing the new International Code Council Building codes, and Ross is ready to explain the differences as they relate to Foundation flood vents.
