Provide Support LLC, an online chat-hosting service, announces an anniversary promotional price reduction of its paid subscriptions plans. In celebration of the company’s two-year anniversary, Provide Support has slashed the price for all new subscriptions by 33 percent for the month of April. The usual subscription is $15 per operator per month. For new, one-operator signups, the subscription price will be $10 per month. This discount will last for the first three months of service. Discounts of up to 60 percent are offered for the larger subscription packages.
Skugarev, CEO of Provide Support, says that the promotional drop in subscription price is possible because of technical improvements made to the system in the last few months.”The system is much lower maintenance for us now than it used to be, and it costs less to maintain,” Skugarev says. “We’re pleased to be able to pass along our savings in the form of this promotion.”Even without the recent drop in subscription prices, Provide Support is less expensive than most of its competitors.
Live Helper charges $85 per operator account per month.”Provide Support offers us the same service at a quarter of the cost we used to pay,” says Steve Crawford of Guardian Disability Insurance. He says that switching to Provide Support from Live Person Pro has reduced his customer support overhead by at least 75 percent.
