Toxic Mold Suit

Chris Clinton, a national spokesperson for individuals and families living toxic mold nightmares announced today that both sides of the suit agreed to go to arbitration rather than going to trial which was scheduled to have begun on December 8, 2003 at 9:00AM at Philadelphia City Hall, in Courtroom 254.The dates for arbitration have not yet been set. “We are looking at the last two weeks of January 2004 as potential timing if all parties involved can schedule accordingly. Please look for a future release to announce the exact dates”, said Chris Clinton.

Clinton’s filed their lawsuit against Nationwide Mutual Insurance back in November of 2001 and have had their lives physically, mentally and financially destroyed because Nationwide refused to cover damage to their Bucks County, Pennsylvania home after Tropical Storm Allison covered the area back in 2001. The damage and resulting mold has turned the lives of the Clinton’s into a living nightmare, only made worse by being dragged through the legal process to try and get their homeowners Insurance Company, Nationwide, to cover the damage.
